Candle Pouring Experience Cancellation Policy

At The Candle Lady LLC, we carefully prepare materials and reserve your space specifically for your scheduled candle pouring experience. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before your scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of your scheduled session.
• Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Reschedule requests must be made at least two (2) days before your scheduled experience and are subject to availability.
• One complimentary reschedule may be granted with proper notice. Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
• If The Candle Lady LLC must cancel your experience due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future date.
